the hotel provided easy access to everything nearby. i liked the room, it was super clean and had turn down service. it was really reactive to everything i needed. i liked that the location was near major attractions and lots of restaurants.
i had a very small issue with the ac not being cold enough, though it was sorted quickly.

I found the hotel stylish and in a great location for exploring. The room decor was lovely and featured a great rain shower and fluffy towels. I slept well in a very comfortable bed. Treats were left in the room each evening and the hotel was clean as new. The rooftop bar offered fine city views. I appreciated the complimentary water bottle.
I found the wardrobe space in the room to be quite small. This was a slight inconvenience .

The staff were helpful with directions around the area. the location was very central. I could easily walk to attractions. the breakfast buffet had many choices. the rooftop bar offered great views.
the room had some design issues. there were many doors with digital keys to reach my room. the air conditioning did not seem to work properly. it was difficult to find conveniently placed sockets for charging devices.

the staff proactively offered a to-go box when i mentioned an early departure. this was greatly appreciated.
The ac did not function as expected. i struggled to find suitable lighting controls in the room. the sockets near the tv switched off when the lights were off. This made charging devices difficult.
